2. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Nice One products contain alcohol (4.5% ABV).

By using this website or purchasing our products, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your jurisdiction; and

  • Any recipient of products purchased by you is also aged 18 or over.

We reserve the right to request age verification at checkout, before dispatch, and/or upon delivery. Orders may be refused or cancelled where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.

Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or over. Products may not be left unattended or delivered to intoxicated persons.

3. ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

Certain products may be sold on a preorder basis. Any estimated shipping or delivery dates provided are indicative only and may be subject to change.

Orders are not accepted until payment has been received and we confirm acceptance of the order.

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Orders are fulfilled via our production and logistics partners, including Canify.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, supply chain issues, production delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online Services to you.

However, any purchases made through our store are made directly with Nice One Drinks Ltd. and not with Shopify.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or claim arising from transactions between you and Nice One Drinks Ltd.
